Based on the party's overall attendance percentage across all meetings.
Engagement
Average of individual councillor engagement scores (committees + outside body memberships).
Transparency
Average of individual transparency scores (email, phone, social media, photo, profile).
Electoral Mandate
Average of individual councillor vote shares from their most recent election.

Grades: A+ (18-20), A (16-17), B (14-15), C (12-13), D (10-11), E (7-9), F (0-6).
